Okay??

Okay… I think the scoreGAME website is called that because of it’s association with Game- but in their correspondence they call it ‘Scoregames’. The confirmation email is from vpc[*at*]scoregames.com.
The French have always liked to do things differently.

I always ask people to call us. French team of Score Game has NEVER took 30 euros from an account without the call of the costumer before ! We have about 100 orders per day and we’re sorry for those who are not satisfied, we do our best.
In reply 962 :
Our name was : Score Games but 2 years ago, the group was buy by Game, an english group.
So little by little we are becoming Game too ! Yesterday, the website became : www.game.fr and on our shop, we put Score in grey and Game in big and in white.
Thx a lot and i’m here to answer your questions.

Hi Pierre,
My order says dispatched 22/11 and the money has been taken from my account but i have received nothing. I sent an email last week to you but have not had a reply.

Thanks, Chris Warren.

Très bien Pierre-Antoine… you need to take the ’s’ off ‘games’, in the email correspondence now.
Please answer this question: How long does the the delivery take to England?
The status of my parcel has said: ” 03/12/07 Colis pris en charge dans notre réseau. Chilly Mazarin ( 91 380 ) ” …since yesterday. Is that normal?
Merci.
December 4th, 2007 at 4:57 pm
The delivery takes 10-11 days to arrive in England. After it is take by your postage service and take 2-3 days. So 12-14days to go from our warehouse to your home.
For your colis : It goes from our warehouse to the Postage firm in Chily Mazarin during the 1st day. After, all the packages are put together if they go to the same destination and then they go. The travel is long but i don’t work in a postage service so I don’t know very well why…

I see… thanks for replying so quickly, I am patient; was just worried because the status hadn’t changed.
I will stop ‘worrying’ now.
Chris, I suggest that you telephone them on: 33 825 800 184 (during business hours- France=GMT +1)- I spoke to a friendly assistant last Friday, and he expedited my order. Excellent service.
I think that they prefer to communicate via the telephone, as only Pierre-Antoine deals with the email correspondence??
Telephone is the best way.

Pierre-Antoine, great of you to take the time to come here and reassure people. I know from time to time people have had concerns, but I’ve been fairly confident that your company would come good (which it seems to have done).
December 5th, 2007 at 10:31 am
Oui oui oui mon petite!
My Wii console arrived here at 09:50 today… merci Pierre-Antoine/Scoregame!
I placed the order last Thursday (29th), telephoned on the Friday afternoon to give my card details for the postage charge to England… and it is here with me right now- I could cry! *cough* *cough* *cough* Err… well, I’m happy anyway.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND www.scoregame.net / http://www.game.fr … total cost €289 Euros (£206)- with fast delivery!
Brilliant service- 10/10!

December 5th, 2007 at 1:56 pm
i was just asking about english instructions as some german ebay sellers say wii sports game is deutsche version .
December 5th, 2007 at 1:57 pm
Oh … hmm in that case I don’t know. I thought that it was just a “Euro” version which comes with English/French/German manual, but the game loads up in English.
